We know that you care how information about you is used and shared and we appreciate your trust in us to do that carefully and sensibly. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and process your personal information through Aunioncen websites, devices, products, services, online and physical stores, and applications that reference this Privacy Policy (together "Site").

1. Controllers of Personal Information

At Aunioncen, we believe strongly in fundamental privacy rights — and that those fundamental rights should not differ depending on where you live in the world. That’s why we treat any data that relates to an identified or identifiable individual or that is linked or linkable to them by Aunioncen as “personal data,” no matter where the individual lives. This means that data that directly identifies you — such as your name — is personal data, and also data that does not directly identify you, but that can reasonably be used to identify you — such as the standard identification number of your product — is personal data. Aggregated data is considered non‑personal data for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy covers how Aunioncen Headquarters Limited or its affiliates company (collectively, “Aunioncen”) handles personal data whether you interact with us on our websites, through Aunioncen apps, or in person (including by phone). Aunioncen may also link to third parties on our services. Aunioncen’s Privacy Policy does not apply to how third parties define personal data or how they use it. We encourage you to read their privacy policies and know your privacy rights before interacting with them.

5. Does Aunioncen Share Your Personal Information?

Information about our customers is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling our customers' personal information to others. Aunioncen shares customers' personal information only as described below and with Aunioncen Headquarters Limited and the subsidiaries that Aunioncen Headquarters Limited controls that are either subject to this Privacy Policy or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy.

● Transactions involving third parties: We make available to you services, products, applications, or skills provided by third parties for use on or through Site. ● Business transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy other businesses or services. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy (unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise). Also, in the unlikely event that Aunioncen Headquarters Limited or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.

● Protection of Aunioncen and others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property or safety of Aunioncen, our users or others.
