Compliance means adhering to legal obligations, as well as to internal corporate policies and regulations. Our Standards of Business Conduct (SoBC) serve as a guiding framework for all BidCarbon associates, promoting values-driven, ethical, and legally sound behaviour. We believe that responsible and lawful conduct matters not only within our company, but also beyond it—and we have set out these expectations clearly in our SoBC.

Code of Conduct
BidCarbon’s compliance management system provides a binding global framework for promoting lawful conduct and mitigating compliance-related risks.
It establishes the foundation for the effective implementation of both external regulatory requirements and internal policies, and sets out minimum standards for compliance-relevant processes. These encompass a range of preventive and control measures, including the BidCarbon Speak Up system.
BidCarbon Big Data Chengdu Limited operates an independent compliance management system and has developed its own Standards of Business Conduct for employees, as well as a separate set of Standards of Business Conduct for suppliers. In addition, the company maintains its own independent reporting channel.

Our Speak Up can be used to report possible compliance violations within the BidCarbon or at suppliers. The system is available in several languages and can be accessed by associates, business partners and other third parties. Reports can be submitted via the platform, by e-mail or telephone — also anonymously.
