Stakeholder surveys

Since 2025, we have invited stakeholders and scheme participants to take part in an annual, anonymous survey on their experiences engaging with us.

We value their feedback. The survey helps us better understand how our agency and staff are perceived, and guides us in improving our communications.

Survey results inform our performance measurement against key activity areas, which we report on in our annual reports.

Feedback is also welcome at any time—please contact us.

We engaged an independent research organisation to conduct our 2026 survey, which ran from 1 to 25 May 2026.
