Since 2025, we have invited stakeholders and scheme participants to take part in an annual, anonymous survey on their experiences engaging with us.
We value their feedback. The survey helps us better understand how our agency and staff are perceived, and guides us in improving our communications.
Survey results inform our performance measurement against key activity areas, which we report on in our annual reports.

We engaged an independent research organisation to conduct our 2026 survey, which ran from 1 to 25 May 2026.

The survey also identified areas where we can improve. Given that stakeholder confidence is critical to fulfilling our mission, we are committed to:
