Decisions must be made objectively and without any actual, potential, or perceived involvement or influence that could compromise the integrity of decision-making.

The BidCarbon Foundation is a non-profit organisation limited by guarantee, founded in 2023, and incorporated and registered in England and Wales under company registration number 15205049.
