BidCarbon encourages you to use material made available by the BidCarbon Foundation in which copyright or database right subsists. Use of BidCarbon material is governed by the terms of the Open BidCarbon Licence.
The Open BidCarbon Licence permits the free and flexible use of BidCarbon Foundation materials, subject to the following conditions:
● the user must acknowledge the source in accordance with the terms of the Licence;
● the user must not use any material in a way that implies BidCarbon endorsement of the user’s views, products or activities;
● the user must not use the Foundation’s official insignia, archival materials, photographic images, or live or archived video or audio broadcasts, except where separately authorised.
Further exclusions are contained in the Open BidCarbon Licence itself.
The Open BidCarbon Licence applies to material made available in hard copy or electronically.
The Open BidCarbon Licence is designed to allow BidCarbon material to be used freely and flexibly. The terms of the Open BidCarbon Licence describe how material may be used and the obligations imposed on the user.
