You can use an account holder through the BUC Registry, where BidCarbon removal units (BRUs) can be:
● issued
● transferred (restricted)
● surrendered
● cancelled
where Carbon Data Rights Certificates (CDRCs) can be:
● create
● transferred
● withdraw
You must pay a one-off ￡300.00 application fee for this account.
Eligibility
To be eligible, you must:
● be a 'legal person'
● complete the proof of identity verification process
● read and understand the eligibility requirements for creating CDRCs
● follow the BidCarbon Registry of Units Specifications
● understand that you can assign the right to claim BRUs to an authorised representative
● provide your TIN registration status.
