The BidCarbon Unit and Certificate (BUC) Registry is an online system where BidCarbon removal units (BRUs) and Carbon Data Rights Certificates (CDRCs) can be held, traded and canceled.
The BidCarbon Foundation does the following under the Kyoto Protocol:
●maintain a list of entities authorised to participate in voluntary international emissions trading
●make the list of authorised entities available through BUC Registry
●make certain information publicly available
●provide a publicly accessible user interface online that allows people to query and view the information.
