Some of our internally prepared working drafts have names that are the same or similar to documents previously published on the website. We have attempted to remove these duplicates and re-upload the relevant documents; however, in some cases, draft versions may still appear on the website.
Since the end of 2025, we have been gradually migrating our data and website content to a different service provider. During this transition, we have also been carrying out regular maintenance and reviewing our published materials.
As a newly established organisation, we are still developing and improving our internal document-management and website-management processes. We generally allocate time each month to review and maintain the website, but some inconsistencies may remain during this transitional period.
We appreciate your understanding while we continue to improve the organisation, structure and accuracy of the materials available on our website.
Where there is any inconsistency between a draft document and a formally published or approved document, the formally published or approved version shall prevail.
