Scams are designed to trick you into providing identity, money or financial information.
You can protect yourself and reduce your risk of being exposed by ensuring you:
● Do NOT provide your user name and password to others, keep them secure
● Keep your antivirus software and definitions up-to-date and run regular checks (scans) of your computer
● Stay up-to-date on new email hoaxes and phishing attacks
● Be aware of any suspicious correspondence claiming to be from the BidCarbon Foundation, particularly if it relates to extracting user names and passwords, or changes to our published bank account details
