Multiple project proponents

If your project has 2 or more proponents, you must appoint a nominee to be the primary contact for the project.
To appoint a nominee, submit a signed nominee consent form when you register your project. Everyone who applies to be a project proponent must complete this form when there are multiple project proponents.
You can complete the form in Online Services or using the nomination of a project nominee form.

Eligible interest holder consent
Prior to the register a project and receive BRUs, it is necessary to obtain the consent of an eligible interest holder.
