The Technical Governance Committee reserves the right to reject an application for product listing and to de-list a product where the terms and conditions of listing have not been satisfied or have been breached.
The Product Listing Review Panel is an independent panel comprising representatives from both industry and consumer sectors. The Technical Governance Committee is responsible for hearing appeals against decisions made by the Committee to refuse to list or de-list a product. The Panel convenes on a regular basis to guarantee the product listing scheme is operating as intended and achieving the identified objectives.
