A person can be considered an prescribed person if, at the time they witness your statutory declaration, they are currently licensed or registered to practice in the United Kingdom or other countries/regions in any of the following occupations:

Dentist

Financial adviser

Financial planner

Legal practitioner (including an enrolled practitioner without a practicing certificate)

Medical practitioner

Midwife

Nurse

Occupational therapist

Patent attorney

Pharmacist

Physiotherapist

Psychologist

Trade marks attorney

Veterinary surgeon

Certified copies of original documents
