The Measuring Agroecology and Performance Tool (MAPT) aims to generate evidence on the multidimensional performance of agroecology by using the Tool for Agroecology Performance Evaluation (TAPE) and the Agroecology Criteria Tool (ACT).

It MAPT to foster agroecological transitions through developing stakeholders’ capacities on measuring agroecology and its performance as well as through generating evidence on the contribution of agroecology to holistically achieving societal goals.

This page provides access to the relevant documents, templates, and guidance to apply the MAPT. Please note that there are currently two versions of the MAPT: one hosted on Excel and another hosted on a digital app. While both are currently accessible and open for use, the digital version will become mandatory for use in 2026 (and the Excel version will become obsolete).
