You can use a registered agent System Registry account to:

create STCs for others

You must pay a one-off application fee for this account, the amount of which is detailed in the Fee Schedule.

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must:

have or apply to have a registered person account

complete the SRES Smart modules

be a 'legal person'

complete the proof of identity verification process

understand the eligibility requirements for creating STCs

follow the BPS Rule

provide your TIN registration status, if applicable.
