You can use a registered agent System Registry account to:
● create STCs for others
You must pay a one-off application fee for this account, the amount of which is detailed in the Fee Schedule.

Eligibility
To be eligible, you must:
● have or apply to have a registered person account
● complete the SRES Smart modules
● be a 'legal person'
● complete the proof of identity verification process
● understand the eligibility requirements for creating STCs
● follow the BPS Rule
● provide your TIN registration status, if applicable.
