You can use a registered person System Registry account to:
● create STCs
You must pay a one-off application fee for this account, the amount of which is detailed in the Fee Schedule.
Eligibility
To be eligible, you must:
● be a 'legal person'
● complete the proof of identity verification process
● read and understand the eligibility requirements for creating STCs
● follow the BPS Rule
● understand that you can assign the right to create systems certificates to an agent
● provide your TIN registration status, if applicable.
