You can use a registered person System Registry account to:

create STCs

You must pay a one-off application fee for this account, the amount of which is detailed in the Fee Schedule.

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must:

be a 'legal person'

complete the proof of identity verification process

read and understand the eligibility requirements for creating STCs

follow the BPS Rule

understand that you can assign the right to create systems certificates to an agent

provide your TIN registration status, if applicable.
