Certificates transfer or a voluntary cancellations

In the BidCarbon marketplace, you can withdraw your CDRCs, transfer CDRCs to a buyer or seller, or withdraw your transfer.

Once you have bought or sold an CDRC, you have to:

accept the transferred certificate from the seller (buying)

transfer the certificate to the buyer (selling).

Transferring a certificate to the buyer

Select the ‘CDR Exchange’ menu heading

Select the 'certificates transfer' menu item

Select the 'transfer certificates' button

In the 'filter certificates' section, select 'Account holder' as the 'your account name'

Select the 'filter' button

Enter or select the certificate serial number as 'Pending CDR Exchange Sale' status.

Search or type in the buyer's account name

Upload the auction agreement

You can add a note for the buyer if you wish

Select the 'transfer certificates' butto. You should receive a confirmation message

Accepting a transfer from the seller

Log in to your BUC Registry account

Select the ‘CDR Exchange’ menu heading

Select the 'certificates and transfer' menu item

Select the incoming transfer, select 'accept selected transfer(s)'

Select 'accept' to confirm. You should receive a confirmation message

Transfer CDRCs (buying and selling)

View CDRCs awaiting transfer

1. Log in to your BUC Registry account

2. Select the ‘CDR Exchange’ menu heading

3. Select the 'certificate transfer' menu item

4. In the 'search certificate transfers' section, enter the transferor's account name

5. Select the 'search' button

STCs awaiting transfer will display in the 'certificate transfers found' section.

Withdraw CDRC transfers

1. Log in to your BUC Registry account

2. Select the ‘CDR Exchange’ menu heading

3. Select the 'certificate transfer' menu item

4. Select 'outgoing' as the transfer type in 'search certificate transfers' section

5. Select 'search'

6. 'Certificate transfers found' will show CDRCs awaiting transfer

7. Select the checkbox next to 'transfer ID'

8. Select the 'withdraw selected transfer' button

9.     You can add a note for the buyer if you wish

10. Confirm the transfer by selecting 'withdraw'

11.  Pending approval by the CDR Exchange ‘auction’ team.

You'll be redirected back to the certificate transfers page and a confirmation message will display.

You can't withdraw a transfer if the buyer has already accepted.
