2.In the menu tab, select 'certificates and transfer'
3. Select the page 'certificate transfers'
4.Click for 'transfer certificates' button
5.You will be redirected to the Certificates Market Register page. Enter the 'holding account ID' and select the status ‘registered’
6.Select the 'search' button
7.Select the certificate that is in “Registered” status.
8.Click for 'transferable certificate'
9.Enter the buyer’s account details and the certificate key.'
10.Upload the Transfer Agreement (JPEG, JPG, PNG format images)
11.You can add a note for the buyer if you wish
12.Select the 'transfer certificates' button
13.The CDRC working body shall issue a notification of approval within 2 working days (China working days). Upon approval, the certificate status will change to ‘pending transfer’. You should receive a confirmation message
You can see your transferred CDRCs under 'Certificates Market Register'. Once the buyer has accepted the transfer, the certificate status will change to ‘invalid due to voluntary offsetting’.
The BUC Registry handles transactions of units and certificates. Accounts have different permissions. This ensures that different types of account holders have appropriate access and control. It also helps to maintain security and operational efficiency.
