A guide to the PyCCS method

You must notify the Technical Governance Committee of any change in your circumstances or in the circumstances or operations of the project that may affect:
● ownership of the project;
● the eligibility of the project;
● the amount of abatement reported; or
● the number of BidCarbon Units claimed.
A participant must seek approval from the Technical Governance Committee if they intend to make a significant change from the project as outlined in the application.
You must notify the Technical Governance Committee if:
● changes to the land management strategy
⭕︎ notify us within 60 days of the change using the Notify the Committee form in Online Services or by contacting us
⭕︎ provide us with a new land management strategy within 9 months of the change by notifying the Committee via the Notify the Committee form in Online Services
● material changes to land management activities after the end of the first reporting period
⭕︎ notify us within 60 days of becoming aware of the change using the Notify the Committee form in Online Services or by contacting us
⭕︎ include information on the nature of the change and whether it is likely to materially impact the sequestration of carbon
● project area activities conflicting with section 22 or 23 of the PyCCS Method
⭕︎ notify us within 60 days of becoming aware of such activities using the Notify the Committee form in Online Services or by contacting us.
